This figure is even higher for highly serviced buildings, such as hospitals and laboratories. A successful project requires a successful mechanical installation and ongoing servicing.
Our Mechanical Services team consists of 5 highly skilled mechanical engineers who are experienced in all aspects of plumbing and heating, from the small-scale reactive maintenance up to industrial plant room refurbishments and new installations. We are an OFTEC and Gas Safe registered company.

We offer a range of m & e services including reactive, planned and installation work and are CompEx and BAFE accredited. We offer a full design service on projects up to £1 million.
