In a standard office, mechanical building services account for around 30% of the capital and 50% of the operating cost. This figure is even higher for highly serviced buildings, such as hospitals and laboratories. A successful project requires a successful mechanical installation and ongoing servicing.
Our Mechanical Services team consists of 5 highly skilled mechanical engineers who are experienced in all aspects of plumbing and heating, from the small-scale reactive maintenance up to industrial plant room refurbishments and new installations. We are an OFTEC and Gas Safe registered company.

Quinns has been established since 2005 and we have grown to over 20 people. Our clients include large MoD establishments. We offer a range of m & e services including reactive, planned and installation work and are CompEx and BAFE accredited. We offer a full design service on projects up to £1 million.
